		<description>nice comments on the open source, but i don&#039;t agree with their suggestion that customization is easier - at least not when comparing vendors which offer webservices to plug into their system.  Indeed, by customizing even open source in an uncontrolled manner, you can be customizing yourself out of an upgrade path...</description>
