From the very beginning, associations have always relied on word of mouth (WOM) as a means to grow membership, events and support for vital initiatives. We’re good at it. But we still have room for improvement. I had the pleasure of interviewing Andy Sernovitz for this article in Associations Now. Andy knows word of mouth marketing.
