		<description>Nice list Maddie! I agree that any social media practitioner should be able to perform all roles, and understand how to work together for the organization&#039;s goals. Personally, I think a community manager sounds like a fun position!</description>

		<description>I totally agree with you that ideally community management should be a coordinated group effort that isn&#039;t confined to silos. I think that the smaller the association staff, the more likely that model is to work, though--which is unfortunate because the larger the association, the more important it is to have all departments working together. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Who knows--maybe social media/community managment will be the thing that eventually cracks the silo paradigm for associations!</description>
