Do Brands belong on Twitter?

Check out some of the links too. Food for thought. For associations thinking about these issues, it’s good to read both sides. But associations are about people and issues more than they are about their own brand, so maybe they have an advantage there.

Thanks for sharing the debate. It’s likely to go on for some time, at least until brands learn how to conform to social media etiquette.

I wonder what the CEO of Whole Foods thinks about that.
