Last week, we talked about Yammer and how folks are using it in their offices. We talked about branding in social networks and how you really need to be true to the unique flavor of each network. We talked about how much time everyone spends using social media at work – anywhere from 4 – 7 hours per day. And how they view that work – as an added responsibility or a tool to accomplish the original responsibilities. Everyone sided with the tool argument. It’s a way to do what we’ve always done, only better and faster.
