Here’s something fun for you to do if you’re bored (ha) this long weekend in between Labor Day Weekend barbecues and last-ditch swimming pool outings.

Associations Now, ASAE’s magazine, has a super cool new crowdsourcing site and they’d like us all to vote on story ideas that they came up with recently – or submit your own. Here’s the scoop:

There you’ll see a list of some ideas we tossed around after the Annual Meeting in Toronto. Like an idea and think it’s worth pursuing as a story? Let us know by clicking the up arrow. Think it’s a stinker that you wouldn’t read even if you were stuck in the reception room at the dentist for five hours? Register your displeasure by clicking on the down arrow.

If you have an idea of your own, you can add it to the pool by clicking on the “Submit” button on the top of the page. From there, you can write a brief summary of your idea, which will then be added to the voting pool. Don’t forget to leave your name and contact info if you’d like us to contact you as a source.
