Social media strategy, training for associations, non-profits
Remember our little diagram in our post about aligning social media strategy with your association focus? We talked about how you move from conversation to collaboration to collective action as you get in closer to the center of the bullseye. And just like darts, it take a lot of time and practice to hit that bullseye.
Apparently we’re not the only ones who see it like this. Just came across this great diagram by David Carr (and others). Right-click on the picture to view it in a new window and zoom in to see it properly; it lays out in more detail the steps involved iin building online relationships. It’s very clear here, I think, how relevant this is to the “association focus” areas we talked about earlier. Love it.
