Communications Strategies in the Age of the Social Web

by Maddie Grant on December 17, 2009

As a follow up to this post, here are the slides from our Communications Strategies presentation at IAEE’s Expo Expo last week. We did what we do best for this audience of events and tradeshow organizers, and illustrated some simple but important concepts about what community building online is all about. We firmly believe, and say all the time, that face to face events are one of the cornerstones of any social media strategy – online feeds F2F and vice versa. It was a pleasure presenting to – and hanging out with – this nice crowd in Atlanta – thanks for having us!
