Hey Lindsay--I think that's a common experience with Facebook Causes--it seems relatively easy to get people to join but then no actual fundraising happens. I had set up a cause for the ASHFoundation at ASHA (http://apps.facebook.com/causes/232209) and suggested that the Foundation staff do some kind of call-to-action to get some donations. From what I've read about Causes--and it's been a while so I'm kind of rusty ;) --having periodic campaigns, say in conjunction with an offline activity like an awareness month or concrete fundraising activity (like a golf tournament or something) where you issue some kind of challenge like give $5 and see if you can get 5 other people to give $5--are effective.

I also think Facebook has done a terrible job with the redesign of the Cause pages--they are the least user-friendly pages I've ever seen! Even as the admin I couldn't figure out what to post where and I heard similar complaints from others. I suspect that Facebook will revamp them sometime in the near-ish future.

Since you have so many members of your cause, I'd encourage you to try some kind of giving challenge--maybe in conjunction with the holidays--if for no other reason than to satisfy my curiosity!
