Don’t be a factory; be an incubator.

Watch this great video of Jeff Jarvis speaking at TED about creation, collaboration, curation (from the education angle specifically) and how institutions need to be more inclusive in all of these processes. (Here are Jarvis’ notes on the talk). Pretty huge lessons for associations, I think. We’re not in the industrial age anymore, baby.
