First Think Tank webinar and last call for beta testers.

Maddie and I would like to take a minute to thank all of you who have been spending time making the Think Tank awesome. If you’ve missed our other announcements, the Think Tank is an online, peer-to-peer learning hub for social media practitioners in associations and nonprofits. We’ve already built several learning modules, including:

• What’s your Twitter following strategy?

We have more modules planned for April, including one on monitoring, and another on creating a 6-week social media work plan. And SocialFish is teaming up with CommPartners to host the first ever Think Tank webinar on Wednesday, May 4 at 2pm eastern! Here are the details:

We’d like to give a special shout-out to CommPartners who are teaming up with us to make the live webinar portion of the Think Tank awesome, just like the asynchronous parts. We’re playing with the format with the goal of making our time together extra interactive. The whole goal of the Think Tank is to learn from each other, and hopefully, this webinar will reflect that goal, too.

Also, if you’re interested in becoming a beta tester for the Think Tank, you have until this Friday, April 15, to let us know. As a beta tester, you’ll have free access until June 1, and all you have to do is participate over the next month and a half, and let us know what you think.
