Organizations: Make your own Twitter “Suggested Follow” List

According to this post on TechCrunch, you can make your own Suggested User list on Twitter.  The way it works is that you would create a list and use the hashtag #WelcomeToTwitter in the list description.  Then when someone NEW to Twitter joins from your profile page, they would see the list of recommended users to follow.  More here:

Now why would you want to do this? Well, to get your association members to join Twitter and then immediately have other members to follow, for a start.
