Useful point, but the chemistry is wrong. Actually, it takes 12 carbon, 22 hydrogen, and 11 oxygen molecules to make sugar (i.e., sucrose). I think that the metaphor works even better with the real formula. We need to bring together large groups of diverse and similar people in order to accomplish great things.
