Social business is here.

Well, SocialBusinessNews at least. :)

In case you hadn’t heard about it yet, I just wanted to point you to this relatively new site managed by Michael Brito of Edelman, which is “dedicated to covering enterprise social media, collaboration, governance, technology, and change management.” I’m a regular contributor along with Dion Hinchcliffe, Gautam Ghosh, Chris Carfi and others, and I’m really excited to be part of it.

Here are some of my recent posts on the site, which is (just FYI) more “newsy” in tone than our SocialFish writing:

76% of Companies Do Not Have a Social Media Policy

Social Business is About Learning, Not Marketing or Technology

Building a Social CRM Practice is Crucial for Membership Organizations

For any organization interested in how the social business industry is maturing, there is a ton of great data and news to be found here. For a quick sense of what’s what, look no further than Michael’s “holiday reading list” which links to a bunch of the kind of posts (on the site and external) that interest us on SocialBusinessNews.

Happy reading!
