A lot of the stuff you’re probably reading online about “humanizing your brand” is about social media tactics.
Like this post on Social Media Examiner, 5 Ways to Humanize Your Company With Social Media. Take a look, you’ll recognize all of that stuff. And it’s not wrong, exactly. It’s just nowhere near enough. “Humanizing” is MUCH more than having a real face instead of a logo as your avatar. It’s more than being friendly in your tweets and sharing more of others’ content than your own. It’s more than having some fun and showing some interest in your audience.
We’re not the only ones saying this, either.
If you want to read deeper stuff about what humanizing really is – if you’re bored of all these obvious tactical posts that really don’t get to the meat of the issue – try reading Humanize. And let us know what you think.

Great share about humanizing. Thanks.
I am reading the book, maddiegrant and think it is absolutely wonderful and probably should be required reading for…I dunno, all of us?
Looks like this could be a really good one
