I posted about this Netflix slide deck and their culture of “freedom and responsibility” a few days ago. I’m a little surprised, though, to have had no reaction to that post.
So maybe I just need to let the slides speak for themselves this time. We’ve written a lot over the years about clarity over control, and we see lots of examples in many places. For social media to be managed effectively you have to have clarity over control, for a start.
