Then they will take a core group of your staff through the results of the assessment and help them start to identify ways to align your company culture with the internal capacities you need to make social media management work for you.

Who should attend: Ideally 12-15 people from different departments, including all levels (executive, management, junior)

Most companies welcome the idea of incorporating social media marketing into their campaign because of the potential of reaching a wide audience.
