The Social Media Manager is responsible for executing a variety of initiatives to leverage the organization’s public relations efforts, consumer and member marketing and education efforts and various annual meetings to maximize exposure and generate measurable results. Manager, Member Relations, CompTIA – CompTIA is currently recruiting for Manager, Member Relations for IT Professional Association. The association CompTIA launched in early 2017 a new professional association for technology professionals and students “from resume to retirement.” The association will offer individual membership to professionals and students with the goal of helping to start and advance their careers in the technology sector. The Manager role will assist the Director of the IT professional association in integrating the AITP membership with CompTIA association for IT professionals. The manager will be actively involved in all start-up planning and implementation, managing the membership base, working with chapter groups nationwide, and promoting programs and benefits.

Working from a solid understanding of RISD’s business objectives, unique value proposition and messaging priorities, the Associate Director, Web Content ensures that RISD’s web experiences are reflective of the leading school of art and design. The Associate Director, Web Content also evaluates and makes recommendations for staffing based on need and then, as approved, hires, trains, develops and evaluates staff and oversees the systems necessary for the daily operation of risd.edu.

Chapter Relations Coordinator, Scrum Alliance, Inc. – Scrum Alliance, a nonprofit professional association, is looking for an energetic, conscientious and detail oriented Chapter Relations Coordinator who enjoys making a difference, being part of a team and takes pride in their career. The Chapter Relations Coordinator is responsible for serving as a liaison between Scrum Alliance and its local and global chapters. This individual will need to be very organized and detail-oriented to manage the many areas within Chapter Development and Support under Membership. They should also have at least 3 years’ experience managing association volunteers, preferably in a chapter position, proficient at learning new technology and strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Website & Member Community Manager, Dynamic Communities – This can be a remote position. The Website & Member Community Manager at Dynamic Communities is accountable for providing an exceptional online experience for our members and driving online engagement and collaboration. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely with each department and external stakeholders to improve member experience on websites and enhance member engagement; Continually improve processes around community and membership to create an improved member experience; Manage and execute ongoing site updates and implement new community features as appropriate; Manage and troubleshoot regular platform upgrades and work with platform support teams to troubleshoot issues that arise; Conduct market research to understand pain points, personas, content consumption patterns, industry trends and membership needs of the user market while working closely with the Program Directors to develop educational programming, demand generation programs, messaging and membership offerings.
