They need examples of orgs who have:
- Laid out a monitoring and responding policy.
- Addressed who’s doing what in regards to social media – specifically, a small to medium sized organization who has multiple people involved in social media and how they have laid out rules surrounding roles and responsibilities.
- Figured out a process for how to respond when someone says something negative about your organization – an organization who has a controversial mission area (or one that seems to incite negative comments) would be great to speak with.
- Laid out guidelines for how to clearly separate or inter-mix personal and professional social media presences.
