Year end stats revisited!

Here are the slides from a recent presentation we did for the Mid-Atlantic chapter of the Market Research Association.
Essentially, we talked about:
- How social media provides several kinds of data:

Passive – keyword monitoring, sentiment analysis (positive, negative or neutral brand mentions), website analytics, etc
Active – collecting fans and followers and seeing who they are and [...]

Skip Shuda has a really good screencast (4:40 mins) that shows you how to combine the data from Groundswell’s Forrester Technographics profile tool and Quantcast, that I talked about here.
